🚚 Freight Shipping Overview

Due to the size and weight of our products, all vehicles ship via freight on a pallet or in the original manufacturer crate.

This includes:

  • Motorcycles & scooters

  • ATVs & UTVs

  • Dirt bikes

  • Go-karts & golf carts

  • Electric vehicles & e-bikes

Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless otherwise stated.

To process and ship your order, the following accurate information is required:

  • Full Legal Name

  • Complete Delivery Address (no PO boxes)

  • Valid Phone Number (required by freight carrier)

  • Valid Email Address

🚨 Orders cannot ship without this information.
Any delays or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete details are the customer’s responsibility.


🌍 Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

We do ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

However, these destinations require special freight arrangements.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as freight carriers operate independently.

  • Freight delivery is curbside only

  • Driver will not bring items inside homes, garages, or upstairs

  • Liftgate service is included unless otherwise specified

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery

Missed or refused deliveries may result in additional fees.

Before signing the delivery receipt:

  1. Inspect the crate or packaging carefully

  2. Note ANY visible damage on the freight bill

  3. Take clear photos immediately

🚨 Failure to note damage at delivery may void shipping claims.

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Photos and documentation are required

  • Claims are subject to freight carrier approval

Minor cosmetic blemishes do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Most vehicles ship 60–90% assembled.

  • Professional assembly & PDI is strongly recommended

  • Improper assembly may void manufacturer warranties

  • L7 Auto Group / L7 Motorsports is not responsible for issues caused by improper assembly


❌ Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (with approval)

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes

  • International shipping is not available at this time
